Our speaker will be Tim Hagan from the Dayton office of Dinsmore & Shohl, L.L.P. Mr. Hagan has once again graciously volunteered to provide an update of significant recent developments in Federal Circuit case law. He has selected ten specific cases to discuss from among the hundreds he has reviewed during his preparations for the PRG seminars he teaches twice a year. As a bonus, if the Supreme Court issues its opinion in Bilski v. Kappos before the 14th, your affirmative RSVP will reserve you a prime seat for the lively discussion that will ensue.
This program has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio for 1.0 hour of general CLE. Electronic copies of the presentation will be available on request after the meeting.
