Welcome to the Dayton Intellectual Property Law Association. 

Whether youare a seasoned practitioner, a law student, or a person interested in learning more about careers and issues in the fields of patents, trademarks, copyright, and intellectual property, you are welcome to join us at our monthly meetings and other events.

DIPLA is dedicated to maintaining excellence in the practice of intellectual property law in Dayton and Southwestern Ohio.   Since 1922, we have provided a forum for members to meet and discuss leading issues in the field of intellectual property law.  Toward that end, our monthly meetings feature continuing legal education presentations  by leading practitioners in the intellectual property law field.  These meetings allow members to learn more about and discuss leading issues in intellectual property law and enjoy the company of their fellow IP practitioners.
